Q: Where do I find my tracking number and how do I track my order?

 

Depending on your delivery location and your order value, please read the following to determine which type of tracking method is applicable to your specific order. WPM will arrange SF-express or other delivery companies for the shipping. If SF-express is responsible for the shipping, you will receive the tracking number, which can be found in the shipment confirmation email, usually with 12-13 digits. Please note that your order number is NOT your tracking number. Please read the following to better understand the different types of tracking methods:

 

Delivery

 

For Hong Kong Orders, customers can choose choose self pick-up or delivery

 

For International Orders, Macau, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia would be available. Customers can choose freight collect or delivery.

All products purchased at WPM website or WPM showroom in Hong Kong cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. 

If WPM determines that the product is defective and you are eligible to exchange your product, please contact us and send back your product with the original receipt along with the original packaging within 7 days of the date you receive the product.
