Coffee machine
Please select the situation(s) that are most applicable to you:
Pressure gauge has no reaction
Cause: If the coffee grinds are too coarse or if there are insufficient coffee grinds in the portafilter, pressure cannot be built up in such cases.
Solution: Adjust to a finer grind size, or increase the amount of coffee grinds.
Water level indicator is flashing
Cause: The water tank is not in a suitable position.
Solution: Please re-install the water tank or check the magnet in the water tank is floating.
Water leakage inside the machine
Cause: Machine interior fittings are loose or cracked
Solution: Please send the machine to a repair center for check-up.
Power light long flash
Cause: The machine does not heat up.
Solution: Please send the machine to a repair center for check-up.
Handle is loose when slotting into the grouphead
Cause: Grouphead gasket has aged, or the grouphead is worn.
Solution: Please change the grouphead gasket or send the machine to a repair center.
There is leaking in the handle when brewing coffee
Cause: Grouphead gasket has aged, or the grouphead is worn.
Solution: Please change the grouphead gasket or send the machine to a repair center.
No Steam
Cause: Steam thermoblock is blocked or another part is malfunctioning.
Solution: Please send the machine to a repair center for check-up.
Steam flow is decreased
Cause: Steam thermoblock is partly blocked.
Solution: Please use the descaling detergent to clean the machine.
There is still a small amount of steam after steam is closed.
Cause: This is normal case.
Solution: If steam still comes out after 1 minute, please send the machine to repair center for check-up.
Temperature of the coffee is not hot enough
Cause: 1) Did not warm cup 2) The indoor temperature is too low 3) The brewing flow rate is too slow
Solution: 1) Warm cup 2) Increase the temperature of the machine (please refer to instruction manual) 3) Adjust the grinder mill or the amount of coffee powder.
Grinder
Please select the situation(s) that are most applicable to you:
No response
Cause: Hopper is not installed in the right position.
Solution: Please re-install the hopper.
Motor is on but cannot grind.
Cause: Machine interior fittings are loose or cracked.
Solution: Please send the machine to a repair center for check-up.
Milk Steamer
Please select the situation(s) that are most applicable to you:
Power light long flash
Cause: 1) The water tank is not installed correctly.
2) The machine is not warming or the water sensor is malfunction.
Solution:1) Please re-install the water tank or check the magnet in the water tank is floating.
2) Please send the machine to a repair center.
No steam
Cause: Steam thermoblock is blocked or another part is malfunctioning.
Solution: Please send the machine to a repair center for check-up.
Steam flow is decreased
Cause: Steam thermoblock is partly blocked.
Solution: Please use the descaling detergent to clean the machine.
