Refund policy

At WPM, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. Please review our exchange and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations as a customer.

1. Exchange Policy

  • We only accept exchanges for goods that are found to be faulty, damaged upon delivery or if you've been sent the wrong item.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the buyer must take a clear photo of the damaged goods and send it to our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The products must not be used, and the original packaging must be kept intact. The item, along with the original packaging, must be returned to us as part of the exchange process.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Once we have received and reviewed the photos and the returned item, we will assess the situation and determine if an exchange is warranted. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.

2. No Change of Mind Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items where the buyer has simply changed their mind. All sales are considered final, so please choose your purchases carefully.

3. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Our policy is strictly limited to exchanges for faulty or broken goods as outlined above.

 

If you need to report a damaged item or have any questions about our exchange and refund policy, please contact our customer service team at hello@wpmcoffee.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and any other relevant information.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without a justification.

If you return an item under the 14-day cooling-off period, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item. However, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

  • Return Postage: The buyer will be responsible for paying the return postage.

  • Customs Duty and VAT: If you choose to return an item, you will need to contact your local customs office to determine if any customs duty and VAT paid on the original purchase can be recovered. This process is managed by the buyer and is not the responsibility of WPM.
