Lately, we have noticed some creative community-led software modifications, including unauthorised feature integrations like third-party Bluetooth scale connectivity. While we admire the innovation, we must prioritise the safety, reliability, and precision performance of your equipment.

To ensure your machine operates exactly as intended, we want to gently remind all users of our official policy regarding software and firmware modifications:

• Official Releases Only: Only install software, firmware updates, or applications officially released by WPM.

• Warranty Status: Any modification, tampering, or rewriting of the original machine software—or the installation of unofficial, third-party software—will void the product warranty immediately.

• Performance & Safety: Unofficial software has not undergone our rigorous quality assurance and safety testing. It can lead to unpredictable machine behaviour, potential hardware damage, or safety risks that our technical teams cannot support or service under warranty.
