To ensure that our customers receive genuine products, proper technical support, and full warranty coverage, WPM products are sold exclusively through our network of Authorised Distributors and Resellers.

We have recently identified unauthorized sellers on third-party e-commerce platforms—specifically including AliExpress—who are falsely claiming to be authorised WPM partners.

To protect your investment and ensure the ultimate brewing experience, please note the following critical policies:

1. Verification of Falsified Reseller Claims

Many unauthorised storefronts on platforms like AliExpress use our branding, product images, and language to claim "authorised status."

  • WPM does not host an official factory storefront on AliExpress, nor do we authorise wholesale distribution through its merchants.

  • If a third-party online seller cannot provide verifiable documentation of their authorised distribution status directly from WPM, they are not an authorised partner, regardless of what their store page claims.

2. Risk of Non-Compliant or Modified Goods

Products purchased through unauthorised channels carry a high risk of being grey-market goods, refurbished units, or models built for different regions. This means they may lack the correct local voltage configurations, safety certifications, or specific component standards required for your country.

3. Void of Official Warranty and Technical Support

WPM espresso machines and precision grinders are high-performance instruments requiring specialized care.

  • WPM factory warranty and official repair services apply ONLY to products purchased directly from an Authorised WPM Distributor.

  • WPM and its official regional partners cannot provide warranty service, technical troubleshooting, or genuine replacement parts for machines purchased through unauthorized third-party platforms, even if the seller claimed to be authorised at the time of purchase.

4. How to Verify Authorised Channels
