WPM Coffee Machine Privacy Statement

At WPM, we believe that your coffee habits are your business. We have designed our coffee machines with a "Privacy by Design" philosophy. This statement outlines our commitment to your data remains yours alone.
1. Non-Collection of Data
WPM does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or usage data from your coffee machine.
- No Personal Data: We do not collect names, email addresses, or contact information through the machine.
- No Usage Tracking: We do not monitor how many coffees you brew, your preferred settings, or your cleaning cycles.
- No Network Tracking: Our machines do not track your IP address or geographic location.
2. Firmware Updates & Connectivity
Depending on your model, firmware updates are handled in a way that protects your anonymity:.
- Over-the-Air (OTA) Updates: If your machine utilizes Wi-Fi for firmware updates, the connection is used strictly to download the update file from our secure servers. We do not log, profile, or retain any device-specific information during this handshake.
3. No Third-Party Sharing
Since we do not collect any data, we do not—and cannot—sell, trade, or share your information with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or service providers.
4. Local Storage
Any settings you save (such as brew temperature or profile names) are stored locally on your machine’s internal memory. This data never leaves the device and is not accessible by WPM.
